Latin Dance Canberra is excited to announce that the classes are starting back in the studio from 22nd June onward. As per ACT government recommendations, dancing with full contact is allowed from Friday 19th June 12PM onward.
We thank you for the love and support you've given us in the last couple of years and we’re proud to release our FREE 4-week course timetable. Please see the attached timetable for more information on class times. We are looking forward to seeing you all back to dancing.
- 13 hours of FREE classes per week - Salsa, Bachata, Zouk, Yoga, Shines, Styling for different levels
- 3 hours of Latin Dance Practice every Friday - Salsa/Bachata/Zouk- $10 entry
- Huge wooden dance floor and mirrors
- Covid safe environment
Arrive early to save your spot for the class as there will be limited numbers. All you need to do is dance, enjoy, meet friends and have fun! For Yoga classes we kindly ask you to please bring your own mat.
No booking or partner is required, but again, please note that only limited spaces are available so please arrive early so you don't miss out. We will be rotating partners but if you prefer you can come with your partner and not change.
Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes and have fun!

Latin Dance Canberra will be collaborating with Latin Dance Australia to deliver world class online dance classes.
Stay tuned for more information on how to join these classes, which include Latin partnered classes, shines (solo) and fitness. The experience will include the opportunity to ask questions to the instructors live during the sessions and you can also check out previous classes at any time.

Dear LDC students,
Following our announcement made on 16/03/2020 regarding the suspension of this week's classes, we have made a hard but sensible decision that the remaining two weeks of the current term will be delivered online as recorded lessons. You will be receiving more details about the online lessons via email within a week.
It's very important to us that our beloved dance community stays healthy and that we play our part in helping to slow down the spread of COVID-19.
For those of you who are interested in making the most out of the online lessons, we are offering discounted rates for private lessons. Our Latin Dance Canberra studio is still available for hire if you would like to practice your moves.

Dear LDC Student,
We regret to inform you that in light of the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) threat and in line with ACT declaring Health Emergency, LDC will be suspending all regular weekly classes starting tonight (16/03/2020) for ONE week till further notice.
We will continue to assess the situation and will share further updates on what our plan will be moving forward.
